South Africans dedicated 67 minutes of their day doing good in memory of former president Nelson Mandela on Friday 18 July 2014.
The Marine Volunteers honoured his memory by dedicating their entire Mandela Day to the less fortunate, the elderly and children.
Blankets and food were donated to the elderly and clothes and crayons to the children.
The volunteers gathered a truck load of firewood which they delivered to the local community.
Giving thanks to Dyer Island Conservation Trust, Dyer Island Cruises and Marine Dynamics for making this possible.
