Pepe surprised us all with a fantastic four course menu on Friday evening 08 Aug 2014.

The menu consisted of:
Chicken Chimichanga – mini tostadas with chicken in achiote sauce (annatto spice sauce)
Cream of Corn Soup with white wine
Bean Molletes (toast with refried black beans and grilled cheese with fresh Mexican Salsa)
Beef Enchilada with creamy red wine, topped with sauce and cheese
Tacos Dorados, deep fried tortillas rolled and stuffed with chicken, topped with fresh vegetables, cream and cheese
Refried Pinto Beans with tortilla chips & guacamole
Sopapilla – (cinnamon sugar crunchy tortilla topped with ice cream fruit and caramel cream tequila sauce)
